Tasks : 
  • Service delivery: Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity.
  • Projects: Complete engineering assignments efficiently and cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications for service orders.
  • Customer approach: Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
  • Troubleshooting: Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and requests proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Documentation and reports: Prepares all technical documents and reports in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
Requirements :
  • Knowledge on PLC, HMI, SCADA and AC/DC Converters.
  • Knowledge of High Power Rectifiers / Power Electronics and related Industrial Applications would be an asset.
  • Electrical engineering degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or Diploma in electrical engineering for recognized university/college with relevant experience of up to 4 years.
  • Communication skills both in English, Hindi / regional language.
  • Good understanding of Customer needs / Good Customer relations
